What is WCFF?
The Windrush Caribbean Film Festival (WCFF) is an annual event celebrating the stories, experiences, and contributions of the Windrush generation and Caribbean communities worldwide through film, discussions, and special events.
When and where does the festival take place?
WCFF 2025 takes place from 14 to 29 June 2025, with screenings and events across the UK as well as select films available online.
Who is the festival for?
WCFF is for everyone, whether you have a direct connection to the Windrush generation, are passionate about Caribbean culture, or simply love powerful storytelling.
Tickets and Access
How do I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online through our official ticketing partner.
Are there discounts available?
Yes. We offer:
- Student tickets – Available with a valid student ID.
- Concession tickets – Reduced pricing for seniors and low-income attendees.
- Group and family tickets – Discounts for group bookings.
Are WCFF screenings suitable for all ages?
WCFF showcases a wide range of films, including some suitable for younger audiences. However, individual film ratings and content warnings will be provided in the programme.
Can I watch films online?
Yes, select films will be available on demand, so you can watch from home.
Do you offer refunds?
Tickets are non-refundable, but if an event is cancelled, we will issue a refund or exchange where possible.

Can I submit a film for WCFF?
Yes. Submissions for WCFF 2026 open in July 2025.
